My shipment from multan arrived in murree TCS office.i was sent message about shipmeng arrival but on the same day dt.15/03/2023 one more sms was sent to me narrating that your cell no is not availabe hence your shipment is being returned herewith.i was astonished waht a strange system is this tcs office sending back with out waiting me.as i was out of city on the same day.than i made call on your help line No..021 111 123 45 requseting them kindly do not return my shipment in responce your Representative lodged my complaint and give me the token no saying that your shipment will be delivered tomorrow at your House Address which was noted by your representative but they did not done so.as today dt.17/03/2023 i visited your tcs office in Murree they told me that your shipment was returned back one day before.
Usually all shipments i personally collect from your tcs office murree they never caĺled me or delivered the shipment to me.this is not good for me or any one.
